1. What is the Stroller Mommies Program?
- Stroller Mommies is a fitness program designed for new mommies that they can do with their babies outdoors or at home. It consists of cardio, strength, circuit training and stretching exercises using your own body weight, dumb bells, and the stroller.
- We also offer one-on-one personal training program in the comforts of your own home and Fitness Assessment Consultation.
2. How long does the session last?
- One session lasts for 60minutes, starting with warm-ups, exercise proper and cool-down stretching exercises
3. How soon can I join a class?
- When your baby is 2 months old and up. And ALWAYS get a CLEARANCE from your OB-GYNE. We will ask you to sign a waiver form prior to your first STROLLER MOMMIES class.
4. What do I need to bring?
You would need:
- Water
- Yoga Mat, exercise mat or a big towel to do your core and floor exercises.
- Blanket to place your baby on.
- Stroller cover, if you have one.
- A Stroller or a baby carrier or none at all.
- Snacks, milk or juice for your kids
- Some toys too
- Sunblock and insect repellant
5. Can I bring a companion along?
- Yes, one companion can workout with your for free.
6. What if my baby gets restless?
- Our priority is always our babies. Tend to your babies first, you can always join in anytime in the class. And our workouts are designed to keep our babies interactive with us.
