Postponed Classes.

The Manila Memorial Park was still a mess last Friday. And on our way home from Alabang Town Center this Sunday afternoon, there’s a LOT of people still flocking MMP. And I’m pretty sure that the park will still be untidy within this coming week. I guess there’s a lot of people visiting their loved ones, even after all soul’s day.

In the meantime, stroller mommies classes are postponed for this week, until further notice. I am currently working out the kinks, so I can hold classes in malls around the Alabang, Paranaque and Las Pinas area…

However, home service classes are still open. Thank you very much and I will update you all soon!

universallogoWhen I started The Fit Mommy blog last year, this was the original program in mind for it. But it has evolved to a personal running and fitness blog and the stroller program had to take a back seat.

So now in November 2009, I am launching STROLLER MOMMIES for all new mothers (and even not so new mothers) who are in need of a workout class that they can tag their babies along. At the moment, I will only hold classes every TUESDAY and SATURDAY mornings from 6:30 to 7:30AM at the Manila Memorial Park in Sucat, Paranaque city. However, if the need for additional classes arises within the week – we will open a new schedule as well.

What will you expect in a STROLLER MOMMIES class?

A session of the STROLLER MOMMIES class lasts 60 minutes which includes the warm-up, exercise proper and cool-down stretching exercises. It is a total fitness program that enables the mommies to interact with their kids while exercising!

Classes will start on Tuesday, NOVEMBER 10, 2009. Please call, text or email to reserve a slot. Classes will start with a minimum of 2 mommies and a maximum of 6 mommies for the moment. Please chack our FAQ section for more information or contact me for any questions!
